After nearly three years, The Armadale Lodge held it first meeting last night back at its 'home' in front of 52 masonic visitors and 22 of our own members (the sick season has struck early with 6 other members away) .
A fantastic evening where not only the 'rebirth' of the lodge room but with welcoming of Bro Abe Tomboc as our newest member of the lodge!

The new carpet was laid on Easter Saturday with all of the lodge furniture and fixtures returned on Sunday afternoon, and a last general clean up done by members on Easter Monday.
The edging for the pavement will be completed before this coming Thursday.
The photo's don't do the room justice!
Our refurbished door Square and Compass with the old chrome plating removed back to base cast bronze metal - they look outstanding ready for many more years of whacking!

With the Armadale Masonic Hall will be re-opening on the evening of Thursday, 31st March; in the meantime the last vestiges of works are being finished off.

The Board of Governors of the GLWA for funding the purchase of a new air-conditioning system for the Temple and Festive Board area.

OPERATION 'BIG PUSH'
The Busy Bee Weekend
5th to 6th March 2016
Its was all go over two days of the March Labour Day weekend with members of Armadale, Heritage Craft Lodges, Dale Chapter and Allenby Preceptory coming in to finish off the painting in the ante room, grand lodge room and festive board hall along with removing the old footpath outside the old entrance ready for a new concrete one to be installed.
The grounds outside got a good going over as well with the build up of weeds removed and overhanging trees cut back.
As a final sign the hall is back in business the 'Square and Compass' was cleaned up and repainted.

It was a large pile by the time we finished...
